差速器設(shè)計
摘 要
在去年金融危機的影響下，汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的重組給汽車的發(fā)展帶來了新的機遇，與汽車相關(guān)的各行各業(yè)更加注重汽車的質(zhì)量。差速器作為汽車必不可少的組成部分之一也在汽車市場上產(chǎn)生了激烈的競爭。此次就是針對汽車差速器這一零件進行設(shè)計的。本次設(shè)計主要對安裝在驅(qū)動橋的兩個半軸之間的差速器進行設(shè)計，主要涉及到了差速器非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件如齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件設(shè)計計算，同時也介紹了差速器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和差速器的種類。對于差速器的方案選擇和工作原理也作出了簡略的說明。在設(shè)計中參考了大量的文獻，因此對差速器的結(jié)構(gòu)和作用有了更透徹的了解。再設(shè)計出合理適用的差速器的同時也對差速器相關(guān)的行業(yè)有了一定得認(rèn)識。通過繪制差速器的組件圖也讓我在學(xué)習(xí)方面得到了提高。
